Is There An Age Limit?
We recommend our tours are suitable for children aged 10 years+. However we are flexible with age restrictions, we ask that parents/guardians use their discretion when booking.
How Do I Book?
The easiest way to book & pay for our tours is to use our online booking system. Alternatively you call 0330 122 0063 to book and pay over the phone.
Can I Cancel My Booking?
All bookings that are made for our tours are non refundable therefore cancellations will not be refunded. However our thrill seekers are welcome to request a date change of their tour, we will do our best to accommodate the new request, please note there may be a small admin fee applied of £10 per person / per reservation. It is important to note that some of our tours do not allow for changes to be made. All requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled tour & will be handled on an individual basis. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made.
What If There is Bad Weather On The Night?
Whether its pouring with rain or the sun is shining our tours will take place, however in on the rare occasion that the met office publish severe weather warnings we will postpone any scheduled tours and provide you with a credit note or invite you back on another tour. If the weather becomes so severe during a tour we may make the decision to end the tour early in this case all attendees will be invited back on another tour or given a credit note. PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR ALL WETAHERS. Rain coats are preferred over umbrellas.
What’s The Accessibility Of Your Tours?
Due to the nature of our tours they are not suitable for wheelchair or pushchair users and those with mobility issues as there are steep gradients and a lot of walking involved.
